Half beef of steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef. A combination of ribeye, sirloin, and T-bone steaks, chuck, shoulder, and sirloin roasts, and ribs along with a good amount of ground beef. A half cow also has a brisket flat and tri tip. Our beef are raised on our pasture from start to finish. Our beef is grass-fed and a half cow is approximately 180lbs of meat.
